针对建设海洋强国背景下我国海上搜救应急预报和辅助决策工作中面临的新形势和新需求,基于B/S架构建立了海上搜救应急预报平台,集成海上搜救事件应急漂移预测运算、结果输出、人工订正与显示、搜救应急专报制作等功能,实现了搜救应急预报全流程的同平台操作,极大提升了海上搜救应急预报保障能力。 |
In response to the new situation and requirements of China’s maritime search and rescue emergency forecasting and decision-making, a maritime search and rescue emergency forecasting platform has been established based on the B/S architecture. It integrates functions such as emergency drift prediction, result output,manual correction and display, and emergency report production for maritime search and rescue events. The integration of all processes of maritime search and rescue emergency forecasting in a platform greatly improves maritime search and rescue emergency forecasting and supporting capabilities. |
