海洋预报公众服务移动应用系统的设计与实现

简单回顾了海洋气象预报领域手机应用程序的发展现状,分析了海洋预报公众服务应用系统存在的问题,提出了可行的系统架构设计和技术路线。总结了系统建设中的两项关键技术,即基于位置的海洋预报信息服务方法和预报场数据压缩方法,并给出了具体技术实现。以业务化系统为例,介绍了海洋预报公众服务移动应用系统的功能和应用情况。
This paper briefly reviews of the current development of mobile phone applications in the field of weather and marine forecast, analyzes the problems existing in the applications for marine forecast public service, and proposes a feasible system architecture design and technical roadmap. In addition, we summarize the two key technologies of the application, namely, location-based marine forecast information service and forecasting data compression method, and present the details of technical implementations. Taking operational systems as an example, the functions and applications of the mobile phone application for marine forecast public service are introduced.
