黄海绿潮应急预测系统业务化研究与应用

摘要:
国家海洋局北海预报中心基于三维全动力POM海洋模式,利用TERRA/AQUA-MODIS、SARCOSMO-1/COSMO-2和HY-1B卫星、航空、船舶、岸基等多源、多时相监测数据,建设了集黄海绿潮监测、信息提取与融合、数据收集、预测预警及产品发布等功能于一体的综合业务化系统,在绿潮应急期间向政府及相关部门及时提供绿潮相关信息,为政府及相关部门防灾减灾工作提供了大力的技术指导,为及时启动应急预案提供了依据。为黄海及周边地区海洋经济社会的发展和《山东半岛蓝色经济区发展规划》的顺利实施都具有重要作用。
Based on the POM(Princeton Ocean Model)and the observational data from TERRA/AQUA-MODIS 、SARCOSMO-1/COSMO-2, HY-1B satellite, airplane, cruise etc., an integrated operational green tides forecasting and early warning system is developed. This system can monitor the green tides in the Yellow Sea, make information extraction, data collection and analysis, and issue forecasting and early warning products. When green tides blooms, the system provides real-time information to government and relevant departments, as well as the technical guidance for emergency response. The system plays an important role in marine economic development of the Yellow Sea and its surrounding area and the successful implementation of "Blue economic zoon development planning in Shandong Province"project.
