WRF_ROMS-1.2中尺度海气耦合模式简介

摘要:
本文介绍了WRF_ROMS-1.2中尺度海气耦合模式的研发背景、子模式、耦合技术,并依照模块功能介绍了该耦合模式中各子模块的主要作用。WRF_ROMS-1.2采用的MCT(Model Coupling Toolkit)耦合器技术及消息传递的并行计算方式,均为当前多模式耦合的先进技术,很大程度上提高了模式的可扩展性和计算效率,为耦合模式的建立以及中尺度海气相互作用(尤其是热带气旋期间的海气相互作用)的研究、模拟和预报提供建设性参考。
This paper introduces the research background,coupled components,couple technology of mesoscale air-ocean coupled model WRF_ROMS-1.2,and the basic effect of each coupled component according to function.WRF_ROMS-1.2 use the MCT coupler and parallel method of message passing,which are both advanced technology of model coupling and improve the extensibility and computing efficiency.This paper provides constructive reference to the foundation and research of coupled model.
