摘要：

根据2010/2011年冬季渤海黄海北部海冰调查资料和卫星遥感资料,对2010/2011年冬季的渤海黄海北部海冰特征、分布状况进行了分析,期冀对海冰的防灾减灾有所帮助。

According to the sea ice survey data and satellite remote sensing derived sea ice data during the win-ter of 2010/2011 in the Bohai Sea and the northern Yellow Sea,characteristics and distribution of the sea ice are analyzed in the article,hoping to help on the disaster prevention and mitigation of the sea ice.
