| 本文指出海气相互作用对研究长期天气预报的重要性,对应用海温做长期预报,海气相互作用的机制,以及对长期预报十分重要的韵律及准周期性振动进行了讨论。 |
| The important role of interactions between the atmosphere and ocean in the long-range weather forecast research is emphasized in this paper. Applying the data of sea surface temperature to the long-range weather forecast, the mechanism of the interactions between air and ocean, and the rhythm and the qua-si-periodic fluctuation of sea surf ace temperature which is important to long-range weather forecast, are discussed respectively. |
