最佳航线与海况相关模拟试验

摘要:
本文在模拟海洋环境要素时、空变化的情况下,计算横越北太平洋的船舶最佳航线。结果表明,最佳航线和海洋环境要素的分布及变化有极为密切的关系,尤其是强温带气旋活动对最佳航线选择影响更为显著。最佳航线计算精度取决于天气及海况预报时效的长短,原则上是预报时效越长,航线优化效果越好。考虑当前天气预报和海况预报的技术水平,以5天预报加气候平均为基础,按递推方式不断计算最佳航线,可望接近最佳效果。
The Calculations are presented for the optimum rputing of Ships across the North pacific under the simulated conditions of the temporal and spatial changes in marine environmental elements.The results calculated Indicate that the optimum routing is very closely associated with the distributions and changes of marine environmental elements,In particular,the strong temperate cyclone affects the choice of optimum sea routing significantly. The calculation accuracy of the latter depends on the length of forecasting validity in weather and sea-conditions, ln principle,the longer the forecasting validity, the better the optimization of ship routing.In consideration of the limitation in present forecast techniques of weather and sea-conditions, a recursion method for the calculation of the optimum sea routing is employed based on the data of five-day forecast added the cliinatologlcal meaan. In this way the optimum effects may be approached.
